摘　　要：简述了中频液压弯管机基本结构和工作原理,介绍了中频液压弯管机的控制系统。基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的控制系统,选用S7-300 PLC作为主控制器,用于完成对整个生产过程的顺序控制。本系统中采用了西重所研制开发的数字式步进伺服控制器,使得在弯制过程中推制速度稳定,角度控制准确。The structure and work theory of Intermediate frequency Hydraulic Pressure Syphon Machine are recommended in brief, and control system of it is introduced. The control system based Profibus-DP uses S7-300 PLC as central controller for finishing the order control in all production process. The digital servo controller designed by Xi＇an Heavy Machinery Research Institute in this system makes velocity stabilization and angle-control nicety in the bending process.
