摘　　要：探讨了嵌入式短信通知系统的构成与程序设计技术,在Delphi中综合运用COM、多线程和串口通信等技术设计了一个嵌入式短信通知系统的实例。解决了串口类的封装、Outlook对象模型引用、多线程应用和中文PDU串的编码发送。　It probes the technologies of the system configuration and program design of embedded short message system. We design an instance of embedded short message system by integrating these technologies of COM,multithreads and serial port communication in Delphi. It solves such problems as how to build the basic serial class,how to use the object model of Outlook,how to actualize multithreads and how to send message in PDU.
