摘 要:在数字化转台伺服系统中,常用的位置传感器是光电轴角编码器。传统的位置测量系统,是通过对其莫尔条纹的细分,及对精粗码的校正,来达到高精度位置测量的要求。本文提出了一种新型的细分方法,它充分利用DSP运算速度快、处理数据能力强的优点,通过对不同计数器内数据的计算,达到了对电机运转过程中实时位置测量的目的,其测量精度(即最小分辨率)由所选DSP的运算速度决定。该方法避免了机械上对精码的刻划、电子学上对精粗码校正及A/D转换中量化等误差对细分结果的影响。分析表明:该方法简单、便于操作、可移植性好,对编码器技术指标的提高具有较强的实用价值。 In the digital servo system,the common position sensor is the encoder. In the traditional position measurement system,the high-precision position measurement demand can be achieved by the interpolation to Moiréfringe and emendation to the extractive and coarse signal. A new interpolation Method is proposed in the paper. The merit of DSP is fully used in the method,such as the fast operation speed,the strong data disposal ability,and etc. The method can obtain the higher precision position measurement result by the different counter value is calculated. And the smallest resolving power is decided by the operation speed of DSP. The method can avoid many error influences to the interpolation result,such as the scoring error to the extractive signal in machine,the emendation error to the extractive and coarse signal in electronics,and the A/D conversion error,and etc. The analysis indicate that the method is briefness,easy to operate,easy to amend. It is important that there are the higher utility value to advance the technology target of the encoder.
