真空灭弧室真空度测试仪的研究

摘　　要：真空断路器是开关电器最为重要的一种电气设备,在电力系统中担负着控制和保护的双重任务。提高开关工作的可靠性已经成为一项重要研究课题。文中讨论了基于冷阴极磁控放电(潘宁放电)法测量真空断路器灭弧室真空度的测量方法,介绍了真空度测试仪的硬件框图和工作原理,分析了选取电离电荷量作为被测参数是准确测量的基础。该测量仪采用S3C2410控制器进行同步控制与数据采集处理。实践证明真空度测试仪能准确地反映真空泡的运行状况。Vacuum breaker is a sort of important electric equipment of switch-wiring which take on control and safeguard in electric power system. There is a vital question for discussion which increase reliability of switch. This paper presents the measurement the vacuum interrupter of breaker by magnetic Penning discharger, and hardware block diagram of vacuum measurement is introduced. It makes that base on accurate test is mark out quantity of electric charge measurement as parameter. The tester does sync control and data acquisition through S3C2410 microcontroller. Practical application has shown that. this instrument is able to reflect the operational status of the vacuum tubes in an error-free way.
