摘　　要：针对MOCVD系统工艺的要求,设计了一种基于PLC的MOCVD计算机控制系统。本文从系统的组成、实现原理和软件设计等方面做了介绍。采用可编程控制器作为其核心控制系统,提高了系统的自动化程度,保证了系统运行的可靠性,灵活性。According to technical request of MOCVD system, we designed a MOCVD computer control system based on PLC. This paper introduces the composing of system, principle of realization and design of software, Applying PLC to serve as the control system, it increases the automatic level, ensures the reliability and flexibility of the system.
