摘　　要：远程视频监控的实现主要涉及到图像处理和网络传输的技术。其中运动目标检测采用帧差法,通过检测相邻图像帧的差别确定运动目标;通过多播技术实现异地监控也是本课题研究的内容,多播可以实现在一个监控中心对多个现场的监控,也可以把一个监控点的数据传送到不同的监控中心,有效地减轻网络负担,避免网络资源的浪费。　The long-distance video frequency monitoring’s realization involves to picture processing and the network transmission technology. Movement goal examination uses the frame difference, the moving goal can be definite through examinating neighboring image frame difference. Realizing remote monitors through multicast technology is also the research content. Multicast may monitor many scenes in only one center, alse can transfer data to the different monitoring center. effectively lightens the network burden, avoids the network resources the waste.
