摘　　要：该文阐述了在新形势下示范实训基地建设目标、原则，以及针对这些目标与原则提出了如何加强示范性院校的示范实训基地建设，提高经费使用效益的对策，供同行借鉴和参考。Expounds the new goals and principles of the construction of demonstration training base, and to bring up how to strengthen the construction of the demonstration college＇ s training base and the strategy of improving the efficiency of fund utilization in the light of these goals and principles as the reference resources for the people of same profession.
