摘  要:葡萄斑叶蝉是新疆葡萄生产上的重要害虫,选择4种生物药剂进行了田间防治葡萄斑叶蝉的药效试验,结果表明:生物农药2.5%菜喜悬浮剂(1500倍)、2%阿维菌素乳油(3000倍)防治葡萄斑叶蝉具有较好的速效性、持效性,14d后的防效仍保持在74%。86%。25%灭幼脲3号属昆虫生长调节剂,其2000倍水悬浮剂。具有较好持效性但速效性较差。21d的药剂防效变化较大。菜喜和灭幼脲3号对葡萄斑叶蝉仍保持在70%以上,尤其菜喜防治效率高达83.39%,具有很好的持效性。The grape leafhopper( Ezythmneura apicahs ) is one of the important pests in vineyards in Xinjiang. The efficacy test of the four kinds of bio-pesticides was carried out to control grape leafhopper in the field. The results showed that the effects of 2.5% Spinosad with 1500 fold, 2% Abamectin with 3000 fold were quick and persistent ,which had been kept by 74% and 86% after 14 days. 25% Chlorbenzuron Ⅲ with 2000 fold had the longer persistent effect with controlling grape leafhopper but lower effect. After 21d, 2.5% Spinosad with 1 500 fold and 25% Chlorbenzuron Ⅲ with 2 000 fold, still kept the better control effect,but the effect of 2% Abamectin and 25 % Thiamethoxam was continuously discreased.
