摘　　要：能力与素质的培养是目前干部教育培训的重要内容,而行政案例教学法是培养高素质管理人才的重要途径。行政案例教学需要对内容与方法进行全新把握,需要对教学过程精心设计与策划,需要建立适宜的组织过程与程序,需要运用科学合理的教学方法,需要形成相应的考核与评价体系。The cultivation of ability and quality is important contents of cadre＇s education and training. The administrative on case teaching methodology is an important means to train the high - quality managerial talent. The application of the teaching with administration cases requires completely new grasp of content and methods, careful plan and design for the teaching course, establishment of suitable organization and procedure, scientific application of teaching methods; support of assessment and evaluation system.
