摘　　要：针对IEC61850变电站自动化系统,介绍了其中所描述的SCL(变电站配置描述语言),在分析SCL在我国变电站自动化系统应用的各种特点的基础之上,提出了SCL文件所描述的对象模型映射为IEC61850数据模型的方法,并详细讨论了基于SCL的变电站自动化系统配置过程,以及对传统规约的配置方式进行了比较分析,介绍了系统配置工具和IED配置工具的概念,最后分析了IEC61850的配置方式和特点。According the Substation Automation System based on the IEC61850, this paper introduces the SCL （Substation Configuration Language） described in IEC61850.Based on the analysis of characteristic of SCL applied in domestic Substation Automation System, this paper presents the method of mapping the object-modelling of SCL file to the IEC61850 data model. It discusses the Substation Automation System＇s configuration process using SCL in detail, compares the configuration mode between the IEC61850 and the conventional protocol,gives the concept of the System configurator and the IED configurator. The configuration method and characteristic of IEC61850 are analyzed in the end.
