摘  要:目的:研究原癌蛋白C-myc、垂体肿瘤转化基因-1(pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1,PTTG-1)在原发性甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及其与病变的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测85例原发性甲状腺肿瘤(腺癌42例,腺瘤43例)标本中C-myc、PTTG-1的表达。结果:C-myc及PTTG-1在甲状腺癌表达均高于腺瘤(P<0.01)。C-myc及PTTG-1蛋白表达与腺癌转移(P<0.05及P<0.05)、预后指数(P<0.05及P<0.01)具有相关性。C-myc蛋白表达水平与PTTG-1呈显著正相关(r=0.6028,P<0.01)。结论:检测C-myc及PTTG-1水平对于鉴别原发性甲状腺肿瘤良恶性具有重要参考意义,其表达水平可能是判断甲状腺癌预后的观测指标。Objective To study the expressions of C-myc and pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1 (PTTG-1) in primary thyroid tumors and their relationship with the lesions. Method The expressions of C-myc and PTTG-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 85 samples of primary thyroid tumors (42 adenocarcinomas and 43 adenomas). Results The expressions of C-myc and PTTG-1 were higher in thyroid adenocarcinomas than in adenomas (P 〈 0.01 ). Both C-myc and PTTG-1 expressions were correlated with metastasis(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.05) and prognostic index (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). The level of C-myc expression was positively related with PTTG-1 (r=-0.602 8,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Detection of both C-myc and PTTG-1 plays an important role in differentiating malignancy from benignity of thyroid tumors. The levels of C-myc and PTTG-1 may be used as an indicator for predicting the prognosis of thyroid carcinomas.
