摘　　要：隋朝建立后,为进一步解除来自于西北的突厥和吐谷浑的强大威胁,进而开通西域,安抚诸夷,保障丝路贸易,将河西作为重要的战略基地,全力以赴进行经营.在此过程中,积极加强河西的民政建设,完善边防保障体系,大兴屯田,发展农牧,开展互市,繁荣民族贸易,取得了极其显著的成效,有力地促进了河西经济社会的发展.After the establishment of the Sui Dynasty, the Hexi region was developed and managed as an important strategic base. In order to eliminate the powerful threat form the Turks and Tuyuhun, communicate the peoples in the regions, protect the trade of the Silk Road, the Central government stepped up the grassroots political power, improved the border security system, developed the agriculture and stockbreeding, prospered the national trade. As a result, the local economy and society was oromoted greatly.
