摘　　要：高校不仅承担着传授知识、传承文明的任务,而且担当着启迪思想、塑造灵魂的使命.面对经济社会全球化、知识化,信息化发展对高校德育工作提出的挑战,高校德育工作者应树立以人为本的基本理念,通过解放思想,转变观念等方式,使德育工作走出脱离社会、脱离学生思想实际的困境.Colleges not only play a significant role in passing on knowledge and civilization, but also undertake the mission to inspire people＇s thought and to cultivate their soul. Nowadays, the work of moral training of colleges are facing severe challenge with the globalization of economy, knowledge and information. As a result, we college teachersspecializing in ethical training, should abandon some formalities that are not adapted to the new situation, so that ethical training in colleges can get rid of the strait, which is far from the reality of the society and the students. Moral training of universities is supposed to consider students as the center and make progress corresponding to our times. Moreover, it should also aim at all-round and balanced development of students, so as to build their moral pillar.
