摘 要:目的探讨阿魏酸钠对治疗急性脑梗死患者血清内皮素(ET-1)和白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响及临床疗效评定。方法76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,常规治疗组36例(对照组)和阿魏酸钠组(阿魏酸钠+常规治疗)40例,疗程10d,分别检测2组治疗前和治疗后14 d患者血清中ET-1和IL-8浓度的水平,并进行神经功能缺损评定及疗效评定。结果阿魏酸钠组治疗后患者血清中ET-1和IL-8的浓度较对照组下降,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),阿魏酸钠组疗效优于对照组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期对脑梗死患者进行阿魏酸钠治疗可以减轻缺血脑细胞的损害,有利于患者康复,其对脑缺血神经元的保护机制可能与抑制ET-1和IL-8的产生,阻止了白细胞向梗死区的浸润及保护内皮细胞有关。Objective To explore the effect of sodium ferulate on the serum levels of ET-1 and IL-8 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and observation of therapeutic efficacy. Methods 76 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly devided into control group of 36 cases and sodium ferulate group of 40 cases. 76 cases were given routine treatment , the sodium ferulate group were given sodium ferulate, 100mg, 14d. The serum levels of ET-1, IL-8 and clinical therapeutic efficacy were investigated before treatment and 14d after treatment. Results The therapeutic efficacy of sodium ferulate group after 14d was significantly better than control group(P〈0.01), In 5th day after treatment, the serum levels of ET-1 and IL-8 in the sodium ferulate group were lower than that of control group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Sodium ferulate can reduce the injury of ischemic brain cells and improve therapeutic efficacy . Sodium ferulate could inhabit the production of ET-1 and IL-8 and interrupt the leukocyte infiltrating ischemic region,and protect endothelial cells.
