摘 要:作者将从整体上研究法的结构的概念称之为法的体系,而将部门法的系统称之为法律体系,法的渊源系统称之为立法体系。现代教育法包括成人教育法具有鲜明的社会法的特征。成人教育法的内部结构由成人教育社会关系的内容与范围决定,并与成人教育结构有密切关系。成人教育具有多形式、多层次的特点,因此,成人教育立法体系的构建应具有一定的灵活性和动态性。The concept of structure of law as a whole, named as system of law, is studied in this paper; at the same time, the system of branch law is defined as legal system and the origin system of law as legislative system. Modem education law which includes the law of adult education has obvious characteristics of sociological jurisprudence. The internal structure of adult education law is determined by the content and scope of social relations of adult education and is closely related to the structure of adult education. With many forms and many levels, the legislative system construction of adult education shall be relatively flexible and dynamic.
