摘　　要：随着休闲体育逐步走进人们的生活,正逐渐改变着人们的生活方式、健康理念,越来越被更多的人所接受,所以休闲体育在人们的生活中起着越来越重要的作用。本文从休闲体育的定义、理论研究、现状、发展过程几个方面来阐述休闲体育。As leisure sport enters into people＇s life, it gradually changes people＇s lifestyle and ideas of health. At the same thne, it is accepted by more and more people. Leisure sport plays a more and more important role in people＇ s life. This paper deals with leisure sport from the perspectives of definition, theoretical research,current status,and development process.
