摘　　要：本文在分析了我国外语教学改革的形势并介绍了国内外外语教师培训情况后，指出对我国大学外语教师进行外语教育技术培训的重要性，同时还对外语教育技术的内涵进行了阐述，以消除外语教师对它的误解。最后针对目前我国大学英语教师现代外语教育技术培训中存在的问题，本文尝试建立我国大学英语教师现代教育技术培训机制。After an analysis of the situation of college English teaching in China and an introduction to the foreign language teachers training both in China and abroad, this paper illustrates the importance of the training of modem educational technology for college English teachers in China. Besides, this paper explains the connotation of modern educational technology in foreign language teaching in order to clear up the misunderstanding about it among teachers. To solve the problems in training foreign language teachers, the paper attempts to establish a mechanism for the training of modem educational technology for college English teachers in China.
