国外农业职业技术培训的发展及启示

摘　　要：我国新农村建设的成功,在很大程度上要依赖于农村劳动力素质的提高。这除了要重视基础教育,还必须依靠农业职业技术培训的发展。美国、欧盟等国家在农业职业技术培训的发展过程中,从立法、管理体制、培训层次、培训方法、考试制度及经费保障等方面,采取了许多得力措施。借鉴国外经验,为促进我国农业职业技术培训的发展,笔者认为应该从明确职业技术培训目标、确立职业技术培训制度和完善农业职业技术教育体系等三个方面去努力。The success of rural construction relies on the improvement of rural workforce＇s quality. To improve rural workforce＇s quality, it depends on the basic education and rural polytechnic training. America and EU take actions on the legislation, supervisory system, training level, training measures, examination system and treasury to improve the development of the rural polytechnic training. In order to use the reference of foreign experience, improve our rural polytechnic training level, the paper suggests that it requires clarifying the goal of rural polytechnic training, establish training rules and improve rural polytechnic training education system.
