高校应为构建和谐社会培育高素养人才

摘　　要：人是社会的主体,人的全面发展既是构建社会主义和谐社会的最终目的,又是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保证。高等学校作为培养高级专门人才的摇篮,除了注重人才知识、能力的培养外,更应该体现社会主义和谐社会的价值取向,注重人才素养的培育,努力造就具有和谐精神、和美人格、和雅人性的高素养人才。Human beings consist of the main body of the society. The all-around development of the people is both the ultimate aim and the gearantee to the construction of harmonious society of socialism. Institutions of higher education, as a cradle of fostering special talents, should not only reflect the main value orientation of the harmonious society , emphasize the development of talents＂ quality while imparting knowledge and skills but also cultivate the talents with harmonious spirits, fine personalities as well as graceful humanity.
