富含γ-亚麻酸的月见草籽

摘　　要：用Soxhelt抽提法和GC分析法对月见草属（OenotheraL．）植物中的5种草籽油进行了组分的比较分析，得出月见草O．biennisL．籽油γ-亚麻酸含量最高（9．6％），其次是粉花月见草O．roseaL＇Hr．exAit籽油（8．2％），其余3种均在8．0％以下。For comparision,the content of γ-Linolenic acid in the seed of 5 different species of Oenothera L. were extracted by Soxhelt and analysed by GC. Result showed that O.biennis L. has the highest content of γ-linolenic acid(9.6%),the second is O. resea L＇Her ex Ait (8.2%). The others are less than(8.0%)
