摘　　要：临床实践教学资源紧张以及医学教育人才培养模式转变等新情况的出现,使传统的临床见习教学内容和方法已不能适应医学生综合素质和创新能力的培养。我们通过编写有利于素质教育的临床见习大纲、建立全新的见习模式、规范见习程序、建立临床见习质量保障体系等方面对临床见习内容和方法进行改革,取得了较好的教学效果,提高了见习质量。With the appearance of the new situation of the insufficiency of clinical probation resources and the change of the cultivation mode of medical students,the content and teaching method of the traditional clinical probation can not meet the demands of building integrated quality and creative ability of medical students. We have reformed the content and teaching method of the traditional clinical probation by composing new outline of clinical probation,which is propitious to the ability-oriented edu- cation, building totally new probation mode,normalising the probation program and building the quality assurance system of clinical probation process, and have achieved a better teaching effect and improved clinical probation quality.
