互联网对高校思想政治教育目标管理的影响

摘　　要：目标管理(MBO)应用到思想政治教育领域,促进了思想政治教育活动科学化、正规化、制度化。随着网络的普及,我们应当高度重视互联网给高校思想政治教育目标管理带来的影响。互联网恰当地运用于高校思想政治教育目标管理,对高校思想政治教育目标的确立、目标管理的检查和调整、目标管理的实现产生积极影响。同时,互联网是一把双刃剑,网络不良的信息,削弱了思想政治教育的功效,道德的弱化造成受教育者实现思想政治教育目标的障碍,他律的弱化给思想政治教育目标的实现带来了难度。教育者要利用其正面影响,关注并采取措施遏制其负面影响,使传统的思想政治教育方式与互联网相结合,有效地发挥互联网在思想政治教育目标管理上的作用,从而更好地实现思想政治教育目标。The application of MBO in the ideological and political education has promoted the scientization, formalization, and regularization in this field. As the Intemet gets more and more popular, we should pay much of our attention to the influence of Intemet on the MBO of ideological and political educations in the university. The Intemet can pose positive influence on the establishment of objectives, supervisal and adjustment of MBO, and realization of MBO of ideological and political education in the university, whenever it is appropriately utilized in this field. However, the Internet is a two - edged sword. The bad information impairs the effect of ideological and political education; the weakening of morality makes the obstacles between the achievement of ideological and political education objectives and the educatee; and the weakening of heteronomy causes additional difficulty for the objective realization. The educator should utilize the positive side of this influence, be aware of and take action to keep away from the negative side of it. The traditional ideological and political education methods can be immerged with the Intemet to effectively take advantage of the Intemet in the ideological and political education MBO, therefore to realize the objectives of ideological and political education.
