摘　　要：继续教育教学改革中应以突出针对性和尊重学生个性需求为特色,积极探索创新人才培养模式,强化实践教学环节,努力构建以培养应用型和技能型人才为目标的实践教学体系。In the course of teaching reform, continuing education should be characterized by outstanding specific aims and respecting student learning requirement. It should try to explore the mode of creative talents training, strengthen practical teaching sector and establish a practical teaching system which takes training talents with applied professional skills as objectives.
