复杂开放性眼外伤Ⅰ期修复的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨复杂开放性眼外伤显微手术Ⅰ期修复的重要性。方法2004年1月～2006年12月收治复杂开放性眼外伤鹰者89例（均为单眼受伤）。89眼均行Ⅰ期显微手术修复，其中43眼行Ⅱ期手术。回顾Ⅰ期手术修复的效果，并就伤眼Ⅰ期手席修复质量与Ⅱ期手术术后视力恢复状况进行相关性分析。结果复杂开放性眼外伤Ⅰ期手术修复或行Ⅱ期手术后，伤眼视力越较手术前明显提高（P〈0．01），分别为0．43±0，39VS0.21±0.32和0．36±0.25VS0.±0.03；伤眼Ⅰ期修复质量与其Ⅱ期手术术后视力恢复显著相关（r=0．274，P〈0．05）。结论对于复杂开放性眼外伤，Ⅰ期显微手术的修复质量及Ⅱ期手术时机的准确把握，对伤眼的预后至关重要。To discuss the significance of the surgical first-period repair in complicated open-ocular trauma. Methods The quality and visual acuity of the 89 eyes that underwent surgical first-period repair and 43 eyes that underwent second-period surgery in complicated open-ocular trauma were retrospectively analyzed, Results The visual acuity after first-period repair and second-period surgery got better recovery （0.43 ±0.39 vs O. 21± 0.32 and 0, 36 ± 0, 25 vs 0, 03 ± 0, 03, P 〈 0.01）. The positive correlation was shown between the quality after first-period repair and the second-period surgery （r = 0. 274, P 〈0, 05）, Conclusion The quality of first-period repair and the right time of second-period surgery may be very important for the prognosis of the complicated open-ocular trauma.
