摘  要:目的:通过检测口腔鳞癌中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)的表达,探讨其在口腔鳞癌中的作用及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测MIF在42例口腔鳞癌和10例口腔正常组织的表达情况,并通过SPSS14.0统计软件分析其与临床病理学参数的关系。结果:MIF主要表达于口腔鳞癌细胞中,其阳性表达率(73.81%)显著高于正常组(P<0.05);肿瘤组织中MIF的表达与性别、有无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的关系,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在不同年龄组中的差异无统计学意义。结论:MIF在口腔鳞癌细胞中呈高表达,并可能在口腔鳞癌的发展和转移中发挥作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its significance. Methods: The expression of MIF protein was detected in 42 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of normal tissues by using immunohistochemical SABC method and its correlations with histoomophologic and clinical findings were statistically analyzed with SPSS14.0. Results:The positive rate of MIF protein (73.81%)in OSCC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of MIF was related to sex, lymphnode metastasis and TNM stage (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: The expression of MIF protein was up-regulated in OSCC, which may play an important role in the process of progress and metastasis of OSCC.
