摘　　要：介绍了为使集团总部的资金管理更顺畅,降低资金的使用成本,集团更具综合竞争力,提出的集中资金管理的思路。阐述了通过建立总部资金结算中心及其运作,有效提高资金周转速度。In order to make the funds managing more smoothly, lower the utilizing cost of the funds, and make the Group still have comprehensive competitive force, a train of thought for controlling the funds unitedly is put forward. This paper introduces the train of thought for controlling the funds unitedly, states the steps of building up the calculation centre of the headquarter and the operation of the centre, which raises the circle speed efficiendy.
