再生白土对大豆油脱色效果的研究

摘　　要：用再生白土对大豆油进行脱色,并用新白土进行对比。通过实验确定再生白土的最佳脱色温度110℃,时间20m in,在此条件下再生白土的脱色率为97.66%,脱色效果与新白土相当。The regeneratied bleaching clay was used in bleaching of soybean oil in this study and was compared with the new bleaching clay. The optimum decoloration conditions studied were as follows： decolorating temperature 110℃ ,decolorating time 20 minutes. Under these optimum conditions, the oil decoloration rate of the regenerated bleaching clay could reach 97.66%. The oil decoloration results of the regenerated bleaching clay were almost the same as the new regenerated bleaching clay.
