摘  要:为解决北方沿海缢蛏养殖的苗种问题,在乳山寨滩涂建立缢蛏半人工采苗场,对苗坪适时进行翻耕平整,加强培育管理,1993年4h采苗场共采蛏苗8770万粒,平均2215粒/,平均壳长2.5cm;1994年40h采苗场共采蛏苗5亿粒,平均1428粒/,平均壳长2cm。结果发现,附苗前翻松平整的苗坪附苗数量远高于未翻松平整的苗坪。山东沿海移养缢蛏性腺于9月中旬至10月上旬进入成熟期,10月上。In order to supply seeds of razor clam for cultivation in North China,a farm for semi artificial collecting seeds of razor clam was set up in the mudflat at Rushan Stockade.In 1993 there were 87.70 million seeds of razor clam collected in the farm with the area of 4 h,because the seed level ground was ploughed over and leveled in time and strengthened management.The per square meter seeds were 2215 particles on average.The shell average length was 2.5 cm.In 1994 there were 0.5 billion seeds of razor clam seeds collected in the farm with the area of 40 h ,per seeds of 1428 particles with the average shell length of 2 cm.It proved that the number of seed attached to the ploughed and leveled ground was far more than that in the unploughed and unleveled ground.Transfered the razor clams to Shandong coast,their gonad mature period was from the middle ten days of Sept.to the first days of Oct.
