摘 要:为了去除白肋烟加工产生的主要异味成分氨气和尼古丁,一套组合式洗涤塔与大规模生物过滤系统被安装用于异味处理.大规模生物过滤池为长方形混凝土结构,其中木质纤维填料高2 m、容积约为280 m3.考察了不同尾气流速对除臭系统去除效率的影响,研究了不同进气负荷和空床停留时间对生物过滤池消除能力的影响,讨论了在生物过滤池除臭过程中吸收、吸附和生物降解所起的不同作用.结果表明,由于在组合式洗涤塔中的大部分的尼古丁和氨气被去除,避免了生物滤池填料的碱化.整个除臭系统对氨气和尼古丁的最大去除效率分别达到85.9%和97.7%.A modular scrubber with full-scale biofilter was installed for odor abatement,primarily ammonia and nicotine from burley tobacco processing plant.The full-scale biofilter is a rectangular reinforced concrete container and contains approximately 280 m3 fibrous material with a depth of 2 m.The effects of various system gas flow rates on removal efficiencies of the modular odor control system were investigated,and the influences of inlet load and empty bed residence time on the elimination capacities of the full-scale biofilter were studied.The effects of absorption,adsorption and biodegradation on odorous contaminants removal were discussed.The results reveal that the biofilter media is protected from basification by removal of most ammonia and nicotine in the modular scrubber. The maximum removal efficiencies of the whole system for ammonia and nicotine were 85.9 % and 97.7 %,respectively.
