摘　　要：结合新余钢铁有限公司新建的350m3高炉,介绍了西门子公司的S7-200PLC和6SE70系列变频器在高炉主卷扬调速系统中的应用情况。给出了系统的工作原理图,PLCI/O口分配和变频器参数设置的方法。实际应用的良好效果验证了该系统的有效性和稳定性。The new-odd steel and iron limited company newly build dish 350M3 blast furnace and adopt siemens S7-200PLC ＆ the 6SE70 series inverter in blast furnace host volume field velocity modulation system. The schematic diagram of system is showed, The seting of PLC＇ s I/O ports and and inverter＇ s parameter are given. Its application situation is introduced, in order to ensure systerm＇ s reliability and stability.
