摘　　要：文章对新疆高校音乐教师的职业观念进行宏观层次上的分析与反思。其中以教师队伍现有职业行为的现象分析为例证,列举教师队伍整体视野的现存盲区;以职业行为透视其职业观念为反思,提出更新职业观念的必要性与可行性。Based on the analysis and reflection of professional perception of musical teachers in and colleges in Xinjiang, the authors emphasize the necessity and feasibility of updating the professional of those teachers.
