摘 要:回肠末端氨基酸消化率是目前用来表征猪饲料氨基酸生物学效价最适宜的方法。由于后段肠道微生物对蛋白质和氨基酸消化率测值有影响,测定氨基酸的消化率时须从回肠末端取样。为此,学者们先后提出了各种回肠末端取样法,包括屠宰法、瘘管法、回-直肠吻合术等。本文从概念和由来入手,介绍了各种回肠末端取样法,并根据其特点进行了分类说明,比较了各种方法在回肠末端氨基酸表观消化率测定等方面的区别,最后提出了评价各种方法优劣的原则和自己的一些看法,并指出了值得进一步研究的问题。Technique based on collection of ileal digesta for determing. Ileal digestibility of aminoacids is an appropriate method for estimating bioavailibility of amino acid of feedstuffs for pigs.The ileaI rather than the fecal analysis method should be used to determine amino acid di-gestibility in feedstuffs for pigs because of the modifying action of the microflora in the largeintestine. There fore scientists have developed many techniques to. collect ileal digesta, includingthe slaughter technique. the cannulation technique and the ileo - rectal amastomosis technique.This review begins with the conception and the origin of techniques to collect ileal digesta, thendescribes different techniques in detail according to their specific property, compares the dif-ference of each technique in determining the ileal digestibility of amino acids, finally puts for-ward the principle for evaluating the techniques to collect ileal digesta and some personal views,points out some points deserving further research.
