EFFECTS OF VA MYCORRHIZAL FUNGUS ON PHOSPHORUS AND POTASSIUM UPTAKE IN TEA SEEDLINGS

摘  要:以辐照灭菌的酸性黄壤(pH56)为供试土,种植有性繁殖的茶苗(Cameliasinensis)并接种VA菌根真菌(Glomuscitricolum),以不接种菌根真菌为对照,分别追施32P过磷酸钙和86Rb氯化铷(代替40K)。试验结果证明:菌根浸染率,32P组合为5260%、86Rb组合为5670%,茶树株高分别是对照的210倍和250倍,对磷、钾元素的吸收量分别比对照增加460和310倍,磷肥利用率提高1410%、钾肥利用率提高1713%。Tea(Camellia sinensis)seeds were sown on sterilized acitic yellow soil(pH5 6)in a pot experiment and treated as follows:1)inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungus(Glomus citricolum),2)nonmycorrhizal as control,top dressed with 32 P single superphosphate(M 32 P)and 86 Rb rubidium chloride(M 86 Rb).The results showed that the percentage of VA mycorrhizal infection was 52 6% for M 32 P and 56 7% for M 86 Rb. Plant height,dry weight and the uptake of phosphorus and potassium were 2 1 and 1 8 times,2 4 and 2 5 times,5 6 and 4 1 times as that of control respectively.The utilization rate of phosphorus and potassium were raised by 14 10% and 17 13% respectively.
