胶印机匀墨胶配方改进的研究

摘　　要：以环保无毒物质柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)为增塑剂,聚氨酯为胶液,研制了一种无毒环保的胶印机匀墨胶的新配方.分别在匀墨棒上用新配方和原配方进行上胶,比较匀墨棒上胶后的性能及固化时间.结果表明,采用新配方所做的匀墨胶层制件拉伸粘合强度优于原配方且手感光滑,经厂家试用,效果良好.A new prescription of printing ink for offset press with TBC which is environment protection as plasticizers and polyurethane as emulsion was investigated and developed, The properity and curing time was compared after the ink bang was coated with the different prescription .The result shows that the bonding and tension strength of the coating with new prescription are better than the old one. Good effects of new prescription are obtained in application.
