摘　　要：目的:观察重组腺病毒介导的血管内皮抑素基因在体外转染A549细胞后的表达。方法:以复制缺陷型重组腺病毒为载体,将血管内皮抑素基因导入肺癌A549细胞,以免疫组织化学法、Western印迹法和ELISA法检测内皮抑素在A549细胞中的表达。结果:免疫组化染色、ELISA法和Western印迹法检测:A549细胞中内皮抑素蛋白表达阳性,Ad.Null组及PBS组内皮抑素蛋白未见有表达。结论:Ad.Endostatin转染A549细胞可表达具有生物学活性的内皮抑素。Objective ：To observe the expression of endostatin gene mediated by recombinant adenovirus. Methods：Endostatin gene was transfected into lung carcinoma cells in vitro mediated by recombinant adenovirus. The expression products of the gene were detected by immunohistochemistry assay, Western-Blot and ELISA. Results ：The endostatin could be found in lung carcinoma cells from immunohistochemistry assay, Western-Blot and ELISA, while nome was found in the other group. Conclusion：The recombinant aden- ovirus can effectively express biologically active endostatin.
