摘　　要：法律规则及其效力是法哲学的一个基础性问题。梳理西方法律思想史上有关法律规则效力的认识发展过程,反观当代中国对该问题的认识现状,正确界分法律规则的效力及其内在规定性具有重要的理论和实践意义。The legal rule and its the potency question is a foundational question of law philosophy. It is important to comb the un derstanding developing process of the relevant law regular potency in the history of western law thinking, to view from the present situa tion of understanding of contemporary China about this question, and to define the legal rule potency based on this, and proposes the intrinsic stipulation of this concept.
