摘  要:针对多体系统建模效率低、模型重用困难等问题,研究了复杂多体系统模型的子系统建模技术.提出支持系统分解和模型重用的子系统结构,采用虚部件定义子系统外部拓扑连接关系,通过主控参数封装模型设计知识和内部参数信息,从而建立自顶向下的层次化子系统结构模型;然后依据子系统主控参数关联关系及层次化结构特点,提出复杂多体系统参数化求解与装配算法.最后以卡车整车建模实例,介绍复杂多体系统的子系统建模过程.To improve the modeling efficiency and reuse of models, subsystem modeling techniques for complex multi-body systems are addressed. A structure of subsystem supporting decomposition and reuse of models is proposed. Virtual parts are used to define the topological relationship among the subsystems, and main control parameters are introduced to encapsulate the design knowledge and the internal parameters in the subsystem. Consequently, a top-down hierarchical architecture of complex multi-body systems is constructed. Furthermore, in terms of the associated relationship among the main control parameters and the characteristic of the hierarchical architecture, an algorithm with high computational efficiency is presented to assemble the subsystems and solve the engineering constraints among the parameters. Finally, the procedure to model complex multi-body systems based on the proposed techniques is demonstrated through an example of truck modeling.
