摘　　要：目的探讨中央沟区肿瘤手术切除的方式和方法。方法24例位于中央沟区的病变,均采用解剖脑沟的方式进行切除。结果获得全切除20例,次全切除4例,术后2例短期内存在功能下降,3个月后有不同程度的恢复。结论通过解剖脑沟进行中央沟区占位的切除,可以在保留皮层功能的情况下最大限度的切除病灶。Objective To investigate how to remove the lesions located in brain paracentral inner area. Methods 24 cases of brain paracentral inner lesions,all performed surgery to remove tumors by dissecting the brain sulcus. Results 20 cases were total removed,2 cases suffer from lack of partial function,but mostly recovered during following--up time. Conclusion To remove the leisions locked in brain paracentral inner area by dissecting the brain sulcus is a salty way, which can remove the lesion and meanwhile keep the function as the same as pre--operation.
