维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者血浆Aβ_(1-40)及Aβ_(1-42)的变化

摘　　要：目的:分析维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者血浆β淀粉样蛋白(β amyloid protein,Aβ)1-40及Aβ1-42的变化。方法:维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者37例,维吾尔族白内障对照组患者40例,汉族正常眼压性青光眼对照组患者40例。3组年龄、性别无显著性差异。采用ELISA法分别检测血浆Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的含量。结果:维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼组血浆Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42含量分别为(142.4±7.0)ng/L和(159.8±5.5)ng/L;维吾尔族白内障对照组含量为(120.3±5.3)ng/L和(101.6±6.5)ng/L;汉族正常眼压性青光眼对照组含量为(140.0±4.2)ng/L和(161.1±2.8)ng/L。维吾尔族两组的Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),维汉两组正常眼压性青光眼的Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者血浆Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42含量升高,但维汉两组无明显差异。AIM： To assess the role of β amyloid protein in pathogenesis of normal tension glaucoma by analyzing the level difference of Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 in the plasma between Uyghur patients with normal tension glaucoma and control groups. METHODS： Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 were assayed in 37 cases of Uyghur normal tension glaucoma patients, 40 cases of Han nationality normal tension glaucoma patients and 40 cases of Uyghur cataract patients by using EUSA method. RESULTS：Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 concentrations in Uyghur and Han nationality normal tension glaucoma groups and Uyghur cataract group were （142.4±7.0）ng/L, （140.0 ±4.2）ng/L, （120.3±5.3）ng/L and （159 8±5 5）ng/L, （161.1±2.8） ng/L, （101.6 ±6.5）ng/L, respectively. The mean concentrations of Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 in Uyghur normal tension glaucoma group were significantly higher than those of cataract group （P〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences between Uigur normal tension glaucoma group and Han nationality normal tension glaucoma group （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： The levels of Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42 in the plasma of Uyghur patients with normal tension glaucoma were higher than that of Uyghur cataract group, but were not correlated with races of Uyghur or Han nationality.
