乳腺癌患者外周血浆sIL-2R、IL-6水平测定及其与临床病理的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者外周血浆中sIL-2R、IL-6水平的变化和与临床病理的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法检测54例乳腺癌患者的sIL-2R、IL-6水平,并以46例健康志愿者为对照。结果:乳腺癌组外周血浆sIL-2R、IL-6水平明显高于健康对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),乳腺癌组中sIL-2R、IL-6水平与年龄和病理类型无关;而与肿瘤大小和腋窝淋巴结转移有关,肿瘤>2 cm的或有淋巴结转移的sIL-2R、IL-6水平明显高于<2 cm和无淋巴结转移者,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清sIL-2R、IL-6水平与乳腺癌临床分期呈正相关,可作为研究乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移的重要免疫学指标。Objective To evaluate the relation between the plasma level of interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in the breast cancer patients and the clinicapathologic results. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the plasma level of sIL-2R and IL-6 in 54 breast cancer patients; and 46 health volunteers were detected in control. Results The plasma level of sIL-2R and IL-6 in breast cancer patients was higher than the volunteers, and there was a statistic difference（P〈0.01）. In the breast cancer patients, the plasma level of sIL-2R and IL-6 was not related with the age and the clinicapathologic type; while it was related with the tumor size and the axillary fossa lymphatic metastasis, patients with tumor diameter longer than 2 cm or lymphatic metastasis had higher plasma level of sIL-2R and IL-6 than those with tumor diameter shorter than 2 cm and no lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion The plasma level of sIL-2R and IL-6 can be regarded as important immunology index of the breast cancer and they have positive correlation with the clinical stages.
