摘  要:为探讨温病气分证是否存在血瘀病变,选用大肠杆菌内毒素制作家兔气分证动物模型并与正常组相比较,实验组家兔出现高热、渴饮、舌质红、眼结膜充血,BPC明显减少(P<0.01),血小板聚集率明显升高(P<0.01),PT及KPTT显著缩短(P<0.01),TXB_2明显升高(P<O.01),6-Keto-PGF_(1a)显著降低(P<O.01),脏器组织病理形态学观察见瘀血、出血、微血栓形成及变性坏死等病理改变。提示实验组家兔出现急性感染性DIC,相当于血瘀病变,表明血瘀是气分证的一个病理变化。In order to approach whether or not the blood stasis pathologic changes in the qi system of epidemic febrile diseases, rabbits pyretogened by colitoxin were taken as models. The results showed that rabbits of experimental group manifested high fever,thirst desire to drink,red tongue congestion. Bpc decreased significantly(p<0. 01),platelet adhesion rate increased significantly(p <0. OD.PT and KPTT shortened ob.viously(p<0. 01),TXB2 increased obviously (p<0. 01) and 6 - keto - PGF]Cc decreased significantly(p<TO. 01). Stasis of blood hamorrhage, microthrombosis degeneration and necroses,etc were observed. All these suggested that experimental rabbits manifest acute infection DIG, that was blood stasis pathologic changes. These confirmed that these was blood stasis pathologic changes in the qi system of epidemic febrile diseases.
