艾易舒注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价艾易舒注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院自2004年7月～2006年7月诊断为晚期乳腺癌患者共100例,其中观察组51例,对照组49例;两组均行长春瑞滨加吡柔比星化疗两个疗程,观察组同时使用艾易舒注射液,于化疗第1天及最后1天采血,检查患者血象、肝肾功能及一般情况记录。结果:观察组近期疗效与对照组无明显差异,观察组患者生活质量提高率明显高于对照组,而毒性反应小于对照组。结论:艾易舒注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌能够有效提高患者生活质量,减少化疗相关毒性反应。Objective：To observe effect and safety of Aiyishu injection combined with chemotherapy in advanced stage breast cancer.Methods： 100 advanced stage breast cancer cases in our hospital from 2004,7 to 2006,7. 51 cases in treatment group and 49 cases in control group.All groups used NVB plus THP to do chemotherapy for 2 cycles, but also used Aiyishu in treatment group. At the first and the last day did blood test.Results： Objective effect is no difference within two groups. But the QOL in treatment group was obvious high than control group, the side-effect was less in treatment group. Conclusion： Aiyishu injection can improve the QOL chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer and decrease the side effect.
