摘　　要：抢劫罪是一种严重侵犯人身权利、财产权利的犯罪。然而法律上对这种现实生活中常见且情形复杂的犯罪存在漏洞，需要进一步研究。本文就抢劫罪的客体和对象做初步的探讨，以期促进法律教学中更多的研究。Robbery is a kind of crime which invades people＇s rights of life and property. It is necessary to study the leak of the law about this kind of crime in real life. This article discusses the objects and subjects of robbery,hoping to promote further study in instruction of law.
