空气波压力治疗仪治疗奥沙利铂外周神经毒性反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察空气波压力治疗仪治疗奥沙利铂外周神经毒性反应的疗效。方法将上肢静脉滴入奥沙利铂的患者随机抽样分为2组:治疗组68例,给予空气波压力治疗仪治疗,对照组40例按常规方法静脉滴入奥沙利铂。结果68例治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论空气波压力治疗仪治疗奥沙利铂外周神经毒性反应疗效良好,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of the digital four tiered rippling dydtem air pressure massaga in treatment of oxaliplatin neurotoxicity reaction of tumor patients. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group （68 cases） and the control group （40 cases ）. The digital four tiered rippling dydtem air pressure massaga with routine importation of oxaliplatin was applied in the experimental group, and only routine importation of oxaliplatin was applied in the control group. Results The curative effect in the experimental group was markedly higher than that of the control group, which showed significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion It is an effective and safe way to treat oxalipatin neurotoxicity reaction with the digital four tiered rippling dydtem air pressure massaga and worthy to be used in clinic.
