摘　　要：本文依据氰化钠装置过程控制特点开发了氰化钠反应器在线浓度模型计算,并定义一种新型的流量随动控制算法,该算法基于SAIA PCDXX7过程控制设备,具有跟踪速度块、稳定性好、浮点运算精度高的特点。能够很好地满足氰化钠装置核心反应器浓度控制要求,实际运行效果明显,具有很好的推广应用价值。This file give anew arithmetic of dynamic control following liquid flow and calculative methods on-line for model of NaCH＇s reaction consistency. Based on the process control device （PCD.XX7） by SAIA, the system have been realized dynamic following control quickly, have characters of stabilization and precision. The practical application in control of the reactor in NaCH equipment proved that the control system is effective, and can be extended in the same process control.
