普通高校军事理论教师队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：当前高校军事理论教师呈现出队伍不稳、流动性大,学历偏低、年龄职称结构欠合理,知识老化、整体素质不高等主要问题,针对其原因,我们可从稳定现有的军事理论教师队伍、保证专职军事理论教师的数量、确保现职军事理论教师的质量等方面去加强高校军事理论教师队伍建设,从而保障高校当前军事理论教学和国防教育的需要。At present, there are many problems in the construction of college military theory teacher＇ s team, such as the instability and the fluidity of the team, the low degree of the teachers, the low quality of the staff and so on. To solve these problems, we should steady the present military teacher＇ s team, increase the quantity of military theory teachers and make sure the quality of military theory teachers, to meet the needs of military education and national defense education.
