上颌窦鳞状上皮良、恶性病变的Ag-NORs研究  

Study on the Argyrophilic Nucleolar Organizer Region Associated Proteins in Benign and Malignant Lesions of Squamous Epithelium of the Maxillary Sinus

摘　　要：采用银染技术，对84例上颌窦良、恶性病变标本进行了Ag－NORs研究。结果显示：上颌窦乳头状瘤及不典型增生的Ag－NORs计数明显高于单纯增生及正常粘膜，乳头状瘤癌变及鳞癌Ag－NORs计数又高于乳头状瘤及不典型增生（P＜0．05）。乳头状瘤与不典型增生间Ag－NORs计数无明显差别（二者都应视为癌前病变），乳头状瘤癌变与鳞癌间Ag－NORs计数也未见明显差别（P＞0．05）。鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ级间以及Ⅰ、Ⅲ级间Ag－CORs计数差别显著（P＜0．05），Ⅱ、Ⅲ级间则无明显差别（P＞0．05）。结果表明，Ag-NORs计数在上颌窦良、恶性病变的鉴别及检测癌前病变上有一定价值，可作为上颌窦肿瘤的一个辅助诊断指标。Using a silve staining,argyrophilic nucleolar organizeron-associated proteins(Ag - NORs)werestudied in 84 specimens of benign and malignant lesions of the maxillary sinus.The results were asfollows:The mean ed of Ag-NORs of maxillary sinus papillomas and dysplasias was much higherthan that of simple hyperplasias and normal epithelia,and the mean number of Ag-NORs of papillomasundergoing malignant change and squamous cell carcinomas was moreover much higher than that ofpapillomas and dypeias (P < 0.05) .There was no significant differenoc in the mean for of Ag -NORs between papillomas and dysplasias(both of them would be regarded as precancerous lesions),norbetween papillomas umdergoing malignant change and squamous cell carcinomas (P > 0. 05). Thediffderence of the mean number of Ag-NORs between grade Ⅰ and gradeⅡ or between grade Ⅰ andgrade Ⅲ squamous cell carcinoma was significant(P < 0.05),whereas the difference between gradeⅡand grade Ⅲ was not(P > 0.05). The results suggest that Ag - NORs staining, being useful fordifferentiating benign from malignant lesions and for deterting precancerous lesions of the maxillary sinus,might be served as an adjunet to the diagnosis of maxillary sinus tumors.
