利用副神经吻合重建面神经功能的临床研究——附10例报告

摘　　要：目的:总结我院采用副神经与面神经吻合重建面神经功能的病例,分析临床疗效,为更好地开展面神经修复工作积累经验。方法:收集1998～2005年间采用副神经吻合重建面神经功能病例10例,进行回顾性研究,总结手术要点,分别在术后1月、6月按H-B面神经功能评价系统进行功能评价,以达到Ⅱ级以上作为功能恢复标准。结果:①手术后1月面神经功能恢复者3例(30%),术后6月功能恢复者8例(80%);②术后28天内局部合并放疗者3例,其中术后1月面神经功能恢复者1例(33.33%),术后6月功能恢复者2例(66.66%)。结论:采用副神经与面神经端端吻合是一种有效的面神经功能重建方法。Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of these patients who were treated with facial-accessory nerve anastomosis in our hospital, to accumulate experience for reconstructing facial nerve function well. Methods To collect 10 patients who were inosculated with accessory nerve from 1998 to 2005. Making a retrospective study and summarizing the main points of operation. Evaluating the function after 1 month and 6 months , according to the H-B evaluation system of the facial nerve function. The standard of function recovery is above Class Ⅱ. Results ①3 patients recovered after 1 month（30%）, 8 patients recovered after 6 month（80%）; ②3 patients were treated with part local radiotherapy in 28 days after operation, 1 of the 3 patients recovered after 1 month（33.33%）, 2 patients were after 6 months（66.67%）. Conclusion Inosculating the facial nerve with accessory nerve by end to end is an effective method to recover the function of the facial nerve.
