摘 要:目的:验证颜面部三维激光扫描的临床实用价值。方法:利用VIVID 910单镜头三维激光扫描仪扫描227例受试者的颜面三维影像,采用全室内顶置光源,受试者眶耳平面尽量与地面水平,扫描仪镜头水平抬高10°,使用14mm焦距镜头,于受试者正前方及双侧各80°位置采集数据,获得数据经通用软件拼接、二期处理,统计扫描及数据处理所需的时间及扫描结果质量。结果:227例颜面部扫描患者中,每例平均取样3.07侧,每例平均扫描时间(5.3±0.7)min,图形一期处理时间平均约3min,二期修整时间平均约12min,影响扫描质量的因素为受试者毛发、连续复杂结构、扫描盲区及姿势表情;采样效果在额、颞、颧、颊、眶下、下颌部位最佳,鼻背、睑裂、口唇部位次之,鼻底、颏底、外耳部位效果最差。结论:单镜头三维激光扫描设备基本满足临床应用的需求,可以作为快速获取表面数字图像的主流选择之一。Objective To evaluate the clinic practicality of 3-D laser scanning in craniofacial patients. Methods A single shot 3-D laser scanner, VIVID 910, was used to capture the craniofacial images of 227 patients. Only a top light was used during scanning. The patients sit up straight with their Frankfurt plane parallel to the horizontal plane, and the shot was 10° upper-wards. The scans were applied frontally and 80°bi-laterally, and the data were registratered, merged and processed with a general reverse engineering software. The usage time and the image quality were documented. Results An average of 3.07 scans were applied in 227 cases, the average sampling time was 5.3±0.7minutes, the first stage data proceeding time was about 5 minutes, and the second stage data proceeding time was averagely 12 minutes. The quality of the image could be interfered with the patients' hair, complex surface structure, scanning blind zone and the movements or facial expression changes of the patients. The image qualities of t he frontal, temporal, zygomatic, buccal, suborbital and Mandibular parts were the best. The nasal-dorsum, eyelid and lip area also got a good result. But the data of the nasal base, genial base and external ear had a poor quality. Conclusion The usage time and the image quality captured by the single-shot 3-D laser scanner can meet the clinic requirements, and can be chosen as one of the most popular way for rapid capture of craniofacial surface images.
