摘  要:目的:探讨用不同处理方法在瓷面上粘结的托槽去除后,抛光对瓷表面粗糙度和光泽度的影响。方法:甲乙两组瓷面上的托槽经剪切去除后,用粗糙度仪和光泽度仪测定瓷面抛光前后及对照组的表面粗糙度值和光泽度值。结果:粗糙度值:抛光前相同方法中甲组比乙组均高(P<0.05),甲组各方法间无差异(P>0.05),乙组方法A、C间无差异(P>0.05),方法B小于方法A、C(P<0.05);抛光后相同方法甲组与乙组无差异(P>0.05),甲、乙组内各方法之间也无差异(P>0.05),甲、乙组各方法都达到了对照组水平(P>0.05)。光泽度值:抛光前相同方法甲组比乙组均低(P<0.01),甲组各方法间无差异(P>0.05),乙组方法A、C无差异(P>0.05),方法B小于方法A、C(P<0.05);抛光后相同方法甲组与乙组无差异(P>0.05),甲、乙组各方法之间均无差异(P>0.05),甲、乙组中无论哪一种方法都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:机械打磨最能影响瓷表面粗糙度和光泽度,2.5%氢氟酸对其有影响,陶瓷偶联剂对其影响较小。光泽度虽随着粗糙度的降低而升高,但粗糙度值与光泽度值之间并无绝对的对应关系。抛光能使托槽去除后瓷表面粗糙度达到对照组水平,但光泽度稍差。Objective The changes of roughness and glossiness on porcelain veneer from with the orthedontic brackets was removed and polished atcs observed. Methods After brackets removing,four veneers were randomly selected from each method were polished with routine method.The surface roughness and glossiness ratio of all groups were measured. Results The roughness before being polished, the groups Ⅰ is higher than that of group Ⅱ (P〈0.05), there were no statistical difference between the methods of groups Ⅰ (P〉0.05),but the method B is higher than the method A and C of group Ⅱ (P〈0.05).The roughness after being polished,there were no statistical difference between the glossiness of two groups (P〉0.05), and everyone can reach the level of control group(P〉0.05). The glossiness counts before being polished, the groups Ⅰ is much lower than group Ⅱ between same method(P〈0.01), there were no statistical difference between the methods of groups Ⅰ (P〉0.05), but the method B is higher than the method A and C in group Ⅱ (P 〉0.05). The glossiness after being polished, there were no statistical difference between the two groups(P〉0.05),and it is lower than the level of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Grinding can produce great influence on the roughness and glossiness of porcelain surface,2.5% hydrofluoric acid lonely has a little influence to it,the Silane coupling agent has less influence on it.The glossiness increased when the roughness reduced, while the roughness and glossiness do not have absolutely corresponding relations. The roughness and glossiness of porcelain facing under the removed bracket can reach clinical needs when it was polished. But the glossiness of porcelain facing can not reach the level of control group.
